KMA Machines Cirrus

KMA Machines Cirrus is a versatile digital delay and reverb pedal designed specifically for creating dynamic, atmospheric soundscapes. Both effect sections feature three different modes that respond to your playing dynamics. The delay offers Modulated Delay, Sample & Hold and Octave Delay, while the reverb section features Modulated Reverb, Low-Pass and High-Pass modes. Delay time extends up to 1.5 seconds, while separate mix and sensitivity controls allow you to precisely balance the delay and reverb effects.

One of the most distinctive features of CIRRUS is its dynamic modulation. In Sample & Hold mode, for example, the filter effect can increase or decrease depending on your picking dynamics, while Octave Delay gradually adds a signal one octave above the original. The reverb filters also respond to how hard you play. The Order switch lets you choose whether the delay is placed before or after the reverb. Tap Tempo with multiple subdivisions, momentary functions and the ability to temporarily maximize the repeats or reverb decay make CIRRUS particularly expressive during live performance.

The expression input allows parameters including Time, Repeats, Delay Sensitivity, Reverb Sensitivity, Damp and Decay to be controlled with an expression pedal. CIRRUS also features a serial FX loop, allowing additional effects pedals to be inserted into the delay/reverb signal chain. An internal switch determines whether delay and reverb trails continue when the effect is bypassed. CIRRUS features true bypass, runs on 9V DC center-negative power, and draws a maximum of 220 mA. The pedal is made in Berlin.
