Direct-to-consumer, they call it. This means that unfortunately we will no longer be a dealer of Chase Bliss . The decision was also unexpected for us and we deeply regret it!

What is direct-to-consumer?

They will be handling the sales, shipping, and support for all products personally. This means you won’t find Chase Bliss pedals in stores or local dealers anymore. In the future their website is the only channel to buy them. You likely won’t find Chase Bliss pedals at your local store anymore, including online.

When is this going to happen

They will be pausing the sale of pedals with all outstanding dealer / distributor orders until they are all caught up. You’ll see rolling availability over the next few months as they make the transition, but from that point on chasebliss.com will be the spot for all online sales.

Customs and import fees

Chase Bliss has a detailed explanation of this decision on their own website. All customs and import fees are now handled at checkout, so you can see exactly what the final price is.They will also pay half of these costs. Hopefully that will ease the pain a bit for us Europeans! Furthermore, 21% VAT will have to be paid when entering in the Netherland and in addition shipping costs will be added. It is difficult to estimate whether the pedals will become cheaper or more expensive in the Netherlands.

What does this mean for customers with open orders?

They will deliver all outstanding orders. This means that we can deliver all open orders in the coming months. And hopefully delivery will be a bit faster now than in the past year.

Chase Bliss will be handling the sale of pedals themselves, direct-to-consumer.They are no longer accepting any orders from dealers or distributors.

[663
1624
post-33626","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-direct-to-consumer-en
<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.4 (Yoast SEO v28.5) -
